# Technical question
are there any database specialists here?

Got a question.

Have embroiled myself in a debate on ID cards on collective

I would like to know how plausable/implausable is it to create, run, manage, and extract data on every inhabitant in the UK (60 mill. Saying that it logs an average of 12 events per person per day.

Cheers

# very feasible
but unlikely to work, as this government has a habit of employing super-retarded monkeys for its IT projects
(edit) in the management of course. i'm sure all the hard working coders are perfectly competent in their jobs :)

# would be pretty easy...
as long as your server could handle it.
would need a hi-spec server to handle that many commands at once or it could overload!
would need to be pretty Secure too, data protection and all that..

# plus it was never discussed with the irish government who have no interest in it,
despite non-passport controlled flights and pretty much unregulated ferry access either way. So it's inherently flawed.

Presumptuous really.
