Perhaps "Fat Ugly Girl" is her name - so then it is singular. - don't look up Fat Ugly Girl's skirt(s).

girls in the plural, and I think you did, then yes, it should have been girls'.
Edit: Having said that, it occurs to me that this is a mistake often made by chemists, in which case your reproduction of said mistake was a stroke of genius. Ok?

it's the skirt belonging to the girl, therefore it's 'the girl's skirt'.
EDIT: Oh yes, it's plural, so it should have been girls' skirt. Sorry.

If there is only one girl and she owns her skirt, then you are correct. If the suggestion is that you should stop taking pictures up lots of girls' skirts in general, then it is wrong.
I think you are right, as it is only a piece of humour, and aimed directly at the person holding the piccie.

you dont need to know anything apart from how to use layers, the magic wand thingy, the other spikey one, hue saturation, levels and blur.
