# If you have Firefox
there's a handy extension which lets you resize or nuke images via the context menu. I'm never bothered by undue size or lack of taste.

# ooh
prob wont work with 0.9 but i'll give it a try. any ideas as to the name of this extention?

# Does work in 0.9, that's what I'm running.
Follow the "get more extensions" link in the extensions window and I think it's under browsing.
(, Fri 18 Jun 2004, 11:00, archived)
# ta muchly
and anyone still struggling with IE:
Get Firefox

edt: There's no 'browsing' section, or images section and its not under 'navigation'

edt2: aah got it, its under 'Miscellaneous' called 'Nuke anything' if people want to take a lookey

# you definetly using 0.9
and not something like 0.9 RC
Go to help and about, down the bottom it should say something like

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9

and not something like Firefox/0.8.0+
(, Fri 18 Jun 2004, 11:29, archived)
# hum
you make a point - although i have downloaded 0.9, it's called 'Firefox/0.8 StumbleUpon/1.906'

stumblupon is some crappy extension that wouldnt uninstall - and i cant uninstall FF0.8 so i just installed .9 over the top. and thats obviously what you don't want to do!
