# That's not a bad job at all.
Did you start with the chap on the right? He is the best, except for his shoes.
(, Thu 17 Jan 2008, 23:39, archived)
# the best shoes are the left

# Basically, convert pic to b/w with channel mixer
select flesh areas on one guy
add curves adjustment layer
alter curves to get good flesh tone
do same for other guys
then do same for hair, clothing, background etc.

Probably easier ways, but this seems to work for me.

# bah.
that just makes it older ;)

# Once all the layers are in place
it's easy to mess with the colour

(, Fri 18 Jan 2008, 0:11, archived)

# *nods head like I know what you're talking about*
Yes, yes, and I also noticed that you reduced the propane qualities and added a smoothness inhibitor.

Very professional.

(, Fri 18 Jan 2008, 0:05, archived)

So I'd be no good as a pro hehe!
(, Fri 18 Jan 2008, 0:12, archived)
# I can
do it in about 20 minutes, but I have dedicated software for it. I know how much pain it is to do it by hand although I have a different technique to you ( but I still do make selection layers before adding adjustments )
(, Fri 18 Jan 2008, 0:16, archived)
# what software do you use?
Do you do it professionally?
(, Fri 18 Jan 2008, 0:39, archived)
# Not professionally.
Just for personal use and for family, friends etc.
