Vin Diesel is excellent
he has the acting ability of a desktidy.

True
I watched xXx on the plane last week and he was out acted by his sheepskin coat.

I've only seen him
in Pitch Black.
The endless, flat boring scenery was better at acting.

Now that is a thought.
Do you reckon there's any chance that Hollywood would make a live-action version of Thundercats? Vin Deisel as Panthro, perhaps Una Thurman as Cheetara. Jeremey Irons as Mum-ra in the obligatory "English-actor-as-bad-guy" style.

Jeremy Irons
would make a great Mumra.
Gary Oldman could do it too, but he'd probably be too scary.

i always confuse
gary oldman with gary newman. mind you, he'd be quite a good mumra too

i'd love to think it was true

someone, i forget who i'm afraid
told a story when we were at the cambridge bash, that the phrase "shedload of money" came about because a british standard shed can hold 1 million old pounds in old pound notes.
i tell everyone it's true and i'm hoping that they tell every one they know

i quote:
"Earl Hynman from the Cosby Show who played Cliffard's father played the voice of Panthro and Mummra's evil spirits Redeye and Grune"

That would be class if it was!
According to IMDb, Earle Hyman did the voice of Panthro:

edit: yeah, what he said above
