and would have to give up my job, due to not being able to afford to get there. Public Transport does not facilitate my getting to work
I could do it, but it would take 2 1/2 hours a day, and cost more than my monthly fuel bill

and rosy cheeked buxom lassies carry me to work on a throne while they take it in turns to vigorously fellate me. It normally takes between 20 and 25 minutes.

It wouldn't affect me *that* badly, but there are plenty of people it would. It's nowhere near as clear cut as a lot of people think it is.

I bloody hate it but it's the cheapest way to get in.

I'm a busdriver - you'd think we were the most evil people in the world anybody think we had a right to drive down a "Bus Lane" and park safely at a... wait for it... "Bus Stop" or even dread of dread actually go through a (what scientists like to call) "Bus Gate" without having to avoid hitting some idiot short cutting in the opposite direction...

I use them very often. Lovely, it is.
Well done to you for being a bus driver, I've seen some of your lot deal with some right pricks.

I was assaulted twice in 2 weeks by these pricks simply because I refused to turn the other cheek and let them ride for free and because I dared to challenge them I get them throwing punches at me. The first threw an out of date daysaver at me then ran upstairs then 2 weeks later a man who made a big deal about where he was getting off - decided to over ride - I simply informed him that to go further will cost him more money he punched me with a tin of beans in his hand. After all this what did my company (First) say to me - "Don't challenge passengers!" well excuse me that is my job or do you expect people to ride free because that is fine by me.

Sure, some of them are cunts, but you get that in all walks of life.
I have no problem with using public transport, it's just the methods that Greater Manchester Future Transport have used to promote this.
Impartial? My fucking arse.
If they listened to all the other ideas that people had put across for improving public transport, then perhaps we'd have had a yes vote today.
Anyway, I've blabbered on about this enough in the past few months. Just going to enjoy the result now.

And the conjestion charge is a great concept. Unfortunately environmental issues are not what it's ther for. It's ther to generate profit. I'm slap bang in the middle of the London CC.

Since the congestion charge I refuse to drive into London because of the congestion charge.
So it hasn't really affected me. Really.

The idea is great, the people profiting from it isn't.
Unfortunately I'm slapbang in the middle of the extention, except the extention ingludes the entire area except my street. The traffic and the accidents have quadrupled since it's advent.
The secret if you're approaching from the west of London is to drive into Acton with is relatively safe for parking and free to park and just get the tube in the little way from there.
