How can I convert to gif, maintaining its original speed?

and that affects playback speed. As far as I know the fastest framerate displayed accurately by a browser is 0.03 seconds in Firefox. The fastest framerate you can get in IE6 is 0.07 seconds, which doesn't sound like much of a difference but it's very noticable. I don't know about IE7, I haven't tested it.

if you set a framerate of 0.00 in photoshop/imageready the results in a browser can be unpredictable. If you want it to play as fast as possible in all browsers, set the framerate of each frame to 0.03 seconds.

"Do you like our Embassy?"
"It's artificial?"
"Of course it is"
"Must be expensive"
"Very"
...
"It seems you feel our work is not of benefit to the public?"
"Embassies are like any other American institution, they're either a benefit or a hazard..."
