Just to clarify, this is my render - not all the meshes are, though. Just so *they know who they are* don't do the usual toys/pram ejection scenario.

adding a metal shader to the grey parts might be interesting
especially if you stick in an environment map.

no probs, another tip - rimlighting
a pale blue light at about 0.2 intensity from behind, down and to the right will give an interesting extra zing and help pick out detail.

I like the cut of your jib, sir.
I always prefer jiggering around with the lighting rather than maxing out the textures. I'll give your suggestion a try.

it needs some kind of pink...hmmm...maybe magenta logo. A magenta obelisk perhaps.
