I don't care for Dapper Dan sir.

I would smirk at this T shirt appreciatively.
Significantly more people seem to be killed in an individual suicide bombing if it happens in September or October rather than any other month.
Why, b3ta, why?

Why, b3ta, why?
it's the time of year when people remember there is no fucking point to living
so they go hug a terrorist

Hey, my birthday's in October.
And I always move further from my youth.

i see your line of thought there
but i hug terrorists out of a love of life, and the intent to spread the love
or spreading my guts around a crowded marketplace

Leaving somewhat inept amateurs stay-at-home terrorists blowing people up from November to August?
Makes sense.

It has something to do with the numbers 7 and 8 being misplaced as far as months go . . .
Numerology 1-A . . .

it's not suicide bombers
it's just accidents involving people setting off fireworks in honour of my birthday

I'm afraid the 66th of June is in August.
Or are the numbers all a cunning ploy to divert attention from Satan's months?

Both September and October are significant for terrorist
Black September a terror group of the 70's was set up to mark when King Hussien declared military rule of Jordan which began a backlash of fundamentalists determined to get back at King Hussien

I believe although October also marks some significant event although I'm not going searching for terrorist and October on Google I might get SAS crashing through my windows.

That is intriguing, thank you.
My data was taken from 1981 onwards, but it could still be linked.
I was thinking perhaps there are religious festivals in those months, leading to more people gathered together or something. Who knows.

I think September/October is significant to Muslims in some way
I remember watching Splinter Cell (an excellent series about a terrorist cell infiltrated by a CIA agent) and if I recalled there was some reference to September or October as a period of time significant to muslims.

It's a reference to a Coen brothers film I didn't like
In which George Clooney plays a singing arse.

Well you see the Clooney character obsessively uses the above depicted hair product.
This happens several times within the alleged comedy film, being in the nature of a running joke. At one point he is offered an alternative hair product and quirkily refuses!
...wait, maybe it was the other way round, and this is the one he turns down. In which case I like the design more.

Even if you can't stomach George, the supporting cast was wonderful.
I'll watch John Turturro in anything.

I guess so.
Crappy story, though, in which we are encouraged to regard the main character as a charismatic rogue, even though he is manifestly a shit from beginning to end. Rather similar to No Country For Old Men in that respect, as I have whinged previously on this forum.

I did in fact like the soundtrack, yes.
and annoyed people by singing it for some time afterwards.

I did find the Odyssey underpinnings a bit of a stretch
but as a riff on the early days of commercial hillbilly and race records, it's great.
