Perfectly acceptaable ..... Pinning it on the door of a women's refuge would be a hate crime.

# pfff!
i am convinced the house opposite our old flat dahn in essexxx was some form of refuge, or safe house. it was bloody massive, always had all the lights on, and stuff going on indoors, but rarely saw people coming and going as per normal.

we had a parcel dropped off there for us once, and the woman who had it only opened the door enough to all but drop it out, and shut and bolted the door a nanosecond after.

# I bet they are IT Project Managers
having a meeting, and in that meeting they will arrange the next meeting before going off for another meeting

they do fuck all real work?
(, Thu 12 Nov 2009, 10:10, archived)
# Work is such an "in the box term", they are blue sky thinkers
the sort of blue sky thinkers who have sacked all the IT contractors in an attempt to save money
(, Thu 12 Nov 2009, 10:15, archived)
# as someone who attends lots of that sort of meeting
i'd be even more fucked off if one of the little smugs openly read the paper during the meeting....
(, Thu 12 Nov 2009, 10:18, archived)
# Ah...but it shows that he is on the cutting edge of technology
even though an actual techie would probably already know any of the general info a paper has to offer.

# Thing is though
whenever people are laid off (like a certain major provider of financial services laying off it's IT contractors), they always say "Blame the accountants".

It wasnt me! It was the fucking management!
