that he's a care in the community type, who spends all day wandering round London (mainly round parliament square) and going to wherever he hears there's a news story going on to get on telly.
Either that or he's Zelig.

I saw him yesterday walking through St. James Park on my walk to Victoria station feeding the squirrels, he's definately a loony!
Or as we refer to them in the 'job' a nut-nut

Only because he just appeared to be standing there, doing nothing. Had no idea he made a habit of it.

There are about 10 locations in central London where you can guarantee news crews.
Straight across from Parliament. Abingdon Green, always people there.

And he's just kept popping up. I was watching the Antiques Road show when he was on and got rather excited when I remembered who he was. Tends to be holding a plastic carrier bag. Brilliant guy.

I would pay good money to stab Russell Howard in the face with a broken ragu jar.

Happens to most of them doesn't it, especially the non-edgy ones.
As it goes I can see how he could be annoying as a TV persona, but I think his stand-up is great.

(to repeat myself) last year the compare of a tiny comedy venue in Bristol got ill & his housemate stepped in (Mr Howard): he was genuinley funny & I don't think many TV comics would cover a mate's tiny gig at such short notice.

..apart from the fact that he basically just took the format of Russell Brand's Ponderland and did it again, much less funny..And the fact that his show reeks of bunch of coke snorting 20-something tv 'producers' sat around slapping each other on the back for their hilarious 'jokes'....
..but also that oh so stabbable face, with it's eyes oh-so-close together.
