I'm posting this purely 'cos they put my Skug kitteh destroying Tokyo GIF in there front and centre, but all the way thru I was shouting 'GIF WITH A 'G', FOR GRAPHICS, NOT JRAPHICS!'
Also they've been around for 20 effing years what's this 'birth' thing about!? Been there, did that... :S

The soft g sound was dreamed up by someone in marketing who was trying to create a cute mnemonic. Since the G in 'graphics' is a hard one, I've dismissed the soft pronunciation as someone trying to be cute.

The interviewed people's work struck me as a bit dull compared to alot of the work here, but being NY, they at least have nice haircuts.

I knew it was pronounced 'jif' but refuse to do so. Just as I know technically Josh Homme's surname is said 'hommy'.
YOU MAY BE RIGHT BUT YOU'RE WRONG.

Why is this peculiar looking beardy flap-mouthed man saying JIFS instead of GIFS?
Then I watched another 5 minutes and wondered why these Hipster cunts had took a bunch of their friends and managed to make something that has been happening for years see like it's about THEM. Fuck this video.
