I read about this on the internets....
..so it may or may not be true. Apparently this clip is taken from some 'caught on camera' show.
The guy who kicks the kid has downs syndrome, so that may explain his behaviour. If you look at his face, he does maybe have that kind of appearance (I'm walking very thin ice with how i word this post)...If you watch the woman at the counter, she could be seen as being his carer, and she steps forward as if to stop him.

Gary's homeboy, Robert Downey Jr, unleashes his anger - borne of years of racial repression - and snots whitey on the nose. Until this point, the lady in the video had remained quiet but on seeing the racial disharmony, Susan Boyle is compelled to act as peacemaker and offers herself to Gary and Robert as a "spit-roast".
