Ok, I'm cheating, cos I did one years ago. For those for whom realism is a challenge, because of either artistic skills (lack thereof) or modesty (ugly buggers), do yourself as you'd like to be, like to be seen, or how you see yourself. (lame example: if you think you're a good listener, draw a potato head with big ears.)
I guess painting a self portrait is like the opening line of a joke for many of us...
