Saag reprise
I decided to munch the remainder of my chicken saag at about 4am. I then lay on the couch and blearily watched some Mythbusters before falling asleep with my neck and upper body at a rather unfortunate angle. This would have consequences. I woke up about 10 as Mrs Joy came in the living room. I sat up and gave birth to the most noxious and lengthy burp I have ever done. The stale saag, bile and booze had built up in my sleep, filling cavities full due to my weird angle, and combined together like a perfect storm. My eyes stung from the foetid vapours and I beat a hasty retreat straight to the bed. I feel great now after a brunch consisting of fried egg, black pudding, fried apples and potato scone.

Hangover score: nil, because I limited the wine and had the best bacon in the world for breakfast.
