I should be working
but I just had the nicest nap ever and I'm still feeling a bit lazy.

As for food all I have is Kx energy drink, a packet of McCoys and a cupboard full of soup

Don't open the door then.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:50, Reply)
It's leaking out through the hinges :(

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:51, Reply)
Better start licking the floor then.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:52, Reply)
Hmmm...I have the feeling you would not be the dom in that relationship, bff.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:58, Reply)
Wait, what? 1) are you suggesting i'm a big wet walkover?
and 2) are you suggesting me and Amberl are in a relationship? I know we've been agreeing about a lot of things recently, but that's a jump too far surely.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:59, Reply)
1) Yes, if you were in a relationship with Amberl
2) If...
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:00, Reply)
Oh man, I'm totally gonna have to work on being a more manly man.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:03, Reply)
I think 'silence slave!'
is probably a reasonable answer to this
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:01, Reply)
That's my girl

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:03, Reply)
McCoys RULE!

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:52, Reply)
That's because they are MAN crisps and men are better

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:54, Reply)
I have flame grilled steak flavour
and half a pot of caramelized onion houmous in the fridge now that I look in the back. So technically steak and onions!
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:54, Reply)
Second best flavour.
First being Cheese and Onion, third being Salt and Vinegar. Last being plane.

I tried Bacon Sizzler McCoys at the station in Birmingham. They don't deserver to be called McCoys.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:57, Reply)
I didn't even realise you could fly crisps!
The salt & vinegar ones used to be so much better than they are now.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:59, Reply)
Oh man, humurous spelling error lols

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:59, Reply)
Also, cheese and onion are the best?!
Are you insane? They are the single crappest flavour of crisps.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:01, Reply)
Cheese and Onion McCoys are the best flavour of McCoys.
FACT.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:04, Reply)
Got to be Steak.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:05, Reply)
GOT TO BE STEAK
What the fuck is with Cheese and Onion, worst flavour of any crsip!
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:12, Reply)
You're so wrong.
I hope your unborn child contracts AIDS from swallowing your semen after you've wanked over your wifes vagina while she's sleeping.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:15, Reply)
You're mostly right
if you swap Steak and Cheese and Onion's places.

The disappointment on buying the meaty McCoy pack is getting two passable flavours, and then two bags of the disgusting Bacon ones
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:00, Reply)
Steak and Cheese and Onion would be excellent

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:08, Reply)
People can spout crap about how bad energy drinks are for you but yesterday one got me to the gym.
Yay for energy drinks.

As long as only drunk now and again.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:53, Reply)
But I went for a bike ride after work (stupid bloody shin splints)
and I've only ever drunk red bull when accompanied with vodka
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:54, Reply)
Red bull is vile.
Relentless is where it's at.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:56, Reply)
They're very bad for you
I have five in the fridge, three less than yesterday
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:54, Reply)
Well it's not really just 'people', it's mostly 'doctors' and 'dieticians' who 'spout' that 'crap'

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:56, Reply)
They're people too Rory.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:57, Reply)
Somewhat more qualified in their approach than the fat cunt waiting for the Number 16 to Sale

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:59, Reply)
Considering the shit I used to chuck in my body, a sporadic can of energy drink isn't too much to worry about.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:02, Reply)
IT@S YOUR BODY MAN

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:07, Reply)
Well strictly speaking it's anyone's who fancies a go.

I have the pelvic floor of a 20 year old.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:15, Reply)
That must have been painful for them.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:16, Reply)
The dieticians should fuck off and stop looking at other peoples poo.

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 13:58, Reply)
I forgot dentists as well

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:02, Reply)
Sugar Free drinks?

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:05, Reply)
Irrespective they still have high acidity content

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:06, Reply)
They JUST READ SOME BOOKS
What the fuck does that teach you?
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:03, Reply)
Literacy?

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:04, Reply)
I recommend low fat low carb protein drinks
For the simple reason that they give you loads of energy without the bad shit in energy drinks, they also help you recover faster. Whether or not they build muscle is out to the jury.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:09, Reply)
the bad news is they taste horrible

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:12, Reply)
I had a chocolate one, which I made with skimmed milk instead of water
and it was ok really, needed to get it down quick though or it would settle.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:13, Reply)
While it's true that you need Protein to build up muscle
there have been studies which show that once you are over a certain level of protein, consuming more has no effect at all. And that level of protein is less than the amount you would get in a piece of chicken or fish.

So all that Whey Protein that people buy is a massive waste of money.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:13, Reply)
Also, if you are thirsty drink water
if you have been working out, drink some water with a bit of squash in it, maybe add a bit of salt if you are really working hard.

But you probably get more than enough salt from everyday foods.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:14, Reply)
I just needed the drink to get me motivated to go to the gym otherwise I would have drove home and slumped.
I only drink water at the gym.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:16, Reply)
I've found that tequila slammers are a highly motivating and refreshing drink
almost certainly tastier and better for you than energy drinks
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:17, Reply)
Needs MOAR gin

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:17, Reply)
Al I have a dilemma
do I play the roulette wheel of chance, and not buy a Soni ticket until the week before in the hope of getting a good deal, or do I just borrow some money from my parents to make up the shortfall, and be a bit in debt?
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:17, Reply)
Borrow the money from your parents
but then forget to pay them back and when they ask you, tell them you paid them back months ago and don't they remember? Gosh, that's odd, we had a whole conversation about it, are they sure they don't remember? May be this is the onset of early stage Alzeihmers.
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:19, Reply)
The problem is
I'm near the end of university and chances are no-one will ever employ me. So I might need borrowed money more then, and if I've leeched off my proto-Alzheimers parents too much, there will be none
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:20, Reply)
How much do you need to borrow?

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:21, Reply)
Sell some of your Mum's jewellary

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:23, Reply)
That's kind of what i thought, however
when I had some, it did give me a decent energy boost and i would be less stiff the next day allowing be back to the gym, GGRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:14, Reply)
that pleases me

(, Thu 2 Jun 2011, 14:14, Reply)
I imagine they taste like those shakes.
I hate them.
