American Series what make a good one? Should it be Sci-Fi? War?Police? or any other........
Is it the acting, the budget, or the amount of eye candy that attracts you to start watching yet another one? we all know they milk em till the audience stops watching. So no real ending.

Alt:Have you ever acted or been caught on telly/media in any way? if so how so? and what was your 15 Mins. of fame like?

Alt.Alt: What programme/series do you think b3tans would make, name the b3tan and the programme.

(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 19:40, Reply)
I have:
Been on Watchdog (2002) to defend a product my company was selling.
Been on Sky News, BBC1 and ITV representing a charity for the homeless.
Been interviewed by Roy Hattersley's column in the Daily Heil.
Been in The Sun, Guardian and Independent, described as an 'Internet prankster' for a viral campaign against Chris Moyles.
Been interviewed on various radio stations as a media spokesman for Epilepsy Action.

I really want a part in a James Bond film.

Good characters and a gripping plot
Sci-Fi,war, police, firemen, medical, anything really.

Alt: I was an extra in a proper film once - it starred Michael Caine (trufax) but my bit ended up on the cutting room floor. It was a very boring experience, lots of waiting around but the costume was alright.

Alt Alt: DG and Dr Who, obviously. Monty and Ashes to Ashes or Miami Vice remade for London. CHCB and Bones. Agnostic Antichrist and Confessions of a Window Cleaner. Gonz and Saturday Morning Kitchen. Captain Cavy and The Adventure Game.

(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:25, Reply)
Oh Bats, I'm sorry, I don't even know what I mean by that.

(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:26, Reply)
Altalt: the Discovery channel should make a programme entitled 'Real Life Suicide Stories As They Happen'.
Starring Gonz.
(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:04, Reply)
Listen, you love your wife, yeah'? And she loves you, yeah? Nothing really can change that, not in 5 minutes anyway.
So why _not_ let me have a go on her? I'm not exactly going to upstage you on my first go, when you've had all this practice every other week for the past couple of years. Sure, you got her knocked up a bit before you planned, but who knows, maybe it's the milkman who's the more furtal one, rather than the two of you. I'll even pull out at the last minute if that makes you feel better.
(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:33, Reply)
i have a new obsession with reality tv
Mob wives of Chicago, big ang, others I can't remember
American horror story is boss, also boardwalk empire, I have a massive list I don't feel like going into
mostly the story, the eye candy helps
(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:05, Reply)
storyline helps,
Characters you can get involved with, and it has to make you care what's going to happen next. Like with Lost, where you were constantly wondering what was going to be revealed. Then at the end it was revealed that the writers didn't have a fucking clue and couldn't care less whether the viewers were satisfied or not.

And cinematography. I remember a US series called Murder One. It was the first time the characters were framed off-centre in the picture, and it set the standard for a lot of really slick series since. That was a really good one. Had me hooked from the very beginning.

alt: I was interviewed on Five news once. Looked like a tit. Sounded like a tit. Also interviewed on Radio Scotland. Sounded like a tit, but at least I didn't look like a tit.
(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:12, Reply)
That was good, with Stanley tucci.

(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:16, Reply)
That's the one.

I like his crackers
Good with cream cheese and diced peppers.
(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:17, Reply)
You are wrong.
Peppers are evil, and have no place anywhere near actual food.
(, Wed 18 Jul 2012, 20:20, Reply)
No, you're confusing peppers with tomato - the snot of the devil.
