... Should we lobby the management re the cumulative time off that smokers get due to 'fag breaks'? Should smokers get 1 day less holiday or should non-smokers get 1 day more holiday?

Whilst it is a bit unfair that smokers get to go outside for 5 minutes and have a fag and most companies won't do anything regarding the obvious difference in time worked that this causes
