 you know,
you know, trip advisor is a funny place. There is the fact that someone upset is 10 times more likely to write a review, than someone who has had a good time (not real stats, just you know, one of them things), but with trip advisor, a lot of the time it is a lot of people fawning over a lave they love to make sure it has a good score, and those being horrible for the sake of it.
I've pretty much given up on internet stuff, the customers we have seem to not be interested at all in things like twitter, or trip advisor or facebook. I keep running competitions, and keep the twitter account running, and everything, but just no resonse from anyone. I might be doing it wrong i suppose.

 How do Cavy
How do CavyI have discovered that not only can I not get access to my online savings account, but I can't reset the password without going into a branch either.
Which sucks. I do have my account book for the non-web based account, so hopefully I can convince them I'm who I claim to be and get it sorted. And the majority of my savings are in an account I can get at, but these savings are my "pay fees/furnish flat" money, so it would be REALLY good if I could get at it.

 there's a flat fee if I pick a commission-paying bank
there's a flat fee if I pick a commission-paying bankotherwise it's a percentage of the purchase price. And to be honest they appear to have access to some pretty funky deals so I'm reasonably comfortably. Like 2.7% for 2 years about half a percent lower than I could find.
