I try to go by board guidelines.
Basically, if someone takes offence but they're being a pussy, I leave it.
If it's personal information such as real names etc, I remove it.
If it's a picture that might be considered NSFW by some bosses, I edit it.
Also, if the pictures are big enough to be seen from space, I edit them.

If people complain and I think they have a point, i have a word with the posters in question. Anyone who them bitches and whines to everyone else is a playground bully.
