'I'm Alive' by Don Fardon.
I was most pissed off when it ended up on an advert. It brings joy to my heart.

Alt: that's pretty smart. I got taken out for a slapup steak dinner with gorgeous wines not two weeks ago. I've had a lucky life though, I've had lots of free shit.

It was a revelation of Damascene proportions for the young Montgomery, his long hair flowing in the sun-dappled light of July 1989...a delicate zepyhr played around his cherubic visage, as the sounds of backwards sitar and the pungent stench of patchouli oil permeated the very ground he walked on....

'Hash for cash!' came the cry, 'LSD, 90p*' - 'why yes', thought young Montington to himself, 'why the devil not?'

Flash forward 24 years
...as the blood-flecked nostrils of the haggard old roadie tried once more in vain to suck the last desperate crumbs of cocaine from the cistern of a Bristol pub.

A sharp rat-a-tat-tat on the window jolted him from his reverie....

Well, things have been steadily looking up since the ex and I broke up.
Everything's just kind of come to a head today. I'm further into the black financially than I've been in over ten years, I've got a better social life, a better woman, I'm moving to London which is something I've wanted to do for ages.

It's all little things, but 2013's all coming up Kroney, basically.

In the Kronenbourg adverts, the 1664, which referred to the year
was pronounced seize-cent soixante quatre. It may not be formal, but I don't think I'm actually wrong in my usage.

Also, it's my native language, so stop trying to teach your grandmother.

Also 'I am the beat' by The Look (I think)

Alt: sporters just sent me season 3 of the Walking Dead, which was awesome. Unless his boss is reading this, in which case, he definitely didn't.
