Ok, so now i'm pissed off.
I'm sitting in Madrid Barajas Airport.
I was ontime for my fight, but my flight wasn't ontime for me. It's 4 hours delayed...
Oh and did i mention it's stupid o'clock?
Easyjet. I hate them.
Edit: How is everyone this fine morning

I worked in Pune for 4 and a half months
I love it there. It's not touristy which is ace.
Although there is the Osho Ashram which attracts all the hippies. Osho was a homophobic fucker though. Honestly, if they spent less time rolling around on the grass are more time listening to his teachings they'd realise that.
The German bakery near the ashram is lovely though!
Ah I'm so jealous! :(

I went to pune for 2 weeks, but didn't get the chance to look around. I did go to MG Road though.
I'm going to be located near the big IBM building (my company is in the one opposite).
Gat damn hippies.
Where's the german bakery, where i'm staying is not quite central, as it's quite a way away from MG road.

ask around, people will know where it is!
MG road is amazing. There's some (or at least was) some pretty decents bars there.
I was there in 2004 though.
You should check out Lakshmi Road for shopping though, the market there is ace!
Just to make things clear, I have nothing against hippies and the ashram grounds are lovely. It's just very odd and you're not allowed to ask questions there. You just have to take what is said as gospel. I just don't believe that all gays should live in a seperate community and then there'll be no wars.

Morning folks!
I was really looking forward to seeing Hellboy II. But when you read a review that says:
"So, if I was offered a chance to see this film again, I'd cram as much cooked fish as I could into my mouth.
The fact that I'm powerfully allergic to it would mean that I'd spend the next hour and a half puking myself inside-out, instead of watching this pile of monkey-wank again."
has rather put me off.
Oh, and essex won last night. Woo!

they only took one day to respond.
Apart from the football-related one from the other day, another company sent me a questionnaire and another one has told me that due to some unforseen project changes, they're not recruiting but will let me know when they're recruiting again.
The company I'm interviewing with is somewhere in rural Oxfordshire.

The interview this morning was for the italian department of an advertising agency and in my opinion it went a bit too well to have actually gone well. But I'm waiting to hear the feedback from my recruitment laydee.
And this afternoon I have a group interview for some market research role. Whoop whoop, finally getting interviews!
As for tonight, no idea. mr v p is going to see a friend in fulham and we only have one set of keys so I might sit in a pub until he's finished.
Can anybody recommend a good pub or thing to do for a fair young maiden in the city of London of an evening?

Tonight I shall be attending a documentary screening
called 'A View From A Grain Of Sand' - the last 30 years of Afghanistan's history told as seen through the eyes of three different women.
I am so glad I was able to say that, and perhaps look rather intellectual and aware, rather than say I was sloping off to the pub.
However, it is likely that halfway through he screening, I will indeed wish I was at the pub..

That's a lot of adverts. Doubt I'll ever look at them but am curious to see if they've got that advert for baby-food I saw in the summer of 1986 where a baby escaped from it's playpen by bending the bars. There's another advert from the summer of '86 I'd like to see again but cannot for the life of me remember what it was for. British adverts from the 1980s take me back to a kinder and gentler age before the advent of mass in-yer-face commercialism (either that or it's just some childhood nostalgia).
@clendrix
That does seem intriguing, but even so, I'd also head straight off to the pub afterwards were I to see that.

I need help, B3tans! I'm off, as you may know, to Vegas in October for a friends birthday. It has been decided that we do some t-shirts. For this t-shirt, I will need to make the wording look like the 'Snakes on a Plane' artwork.
Does anyone know what font this is, or where I can download something similar, or how I can make something like it in Word or Powerpoint?
Assistance greatly appreciated! :)

Alan Rickman Factoid!
The video release of Robin Hood: Prince of theives is not the same as the cinema release.
The reason? Legend has it that Kevin Costner felt that his performance was so overshadowed by Alan Rickman in the final cut, that he had it re-edited so he's in it slightly less.
That is how good Alan Rickman is.

Mr. Jellyfish enters MILLETS.
MR JELLYFISH: Ho there, shopkeep, I should like to buy a tent, please.
SHOPKEEP: WHUAAAAH! (SHOPKEEP runs away, waving his arms in the air)
MR JELLYFISH: (Saddended) Why does that always happen? (MR. JELLYFISH removes his wallet from his pocket, extracts £50, and places it on the side. He squirts ink from his ink bladder on to the desk, writing "In payment for the tent", and picks up a 2 man Eurohike. He leaves the shop).
MR JELLYFISH (from outside): TAXI!
We hear the sound of tyres screeching, and a crash.
MR JELLYFISH (from outside): Bugger.

I would go with the big oak tree in the park. It would be very romantic.....the sound of the rustling leaves above you as he grunts like a demented gorilla while thrusting maniacally and the feel of the breeze on your lady bits is quite pleasant.
And yes, let him come on your face....tis good for the complexion.
