maybe a silly question to shut-ins, but do any of you run?
I need a good recommendation for an arm band that will hold keys and an iPod without looking like a twat. normally the gym locker covers it, but I'm bored of treadmills. also, do the pedometers on iPods work??

alt: if you don't run, what do you do?

altalt: if your kid is shit at something, do you write it an excuse note? or is it character building?

Firstly, don't run with an ipod in, you'll run better without it.
Secondly, get yourself some shorts with a little zip pocket above the bum, or get an ankle wallet for your keys.
Thirdly, get yourself a GPS watch. The Garmin Forerunner 110 is superb and very simple.
