Fellow B3tans.
How's your Friday going? Quick day or a long slog?
We had a right laugh last night didn't we? I might try an evening thread more often.

Im shopping for a nice new tee and some hi tops for my Newcastle trip at the end of the month. Apart from double ended dildos, what are you shopping for?

Alt. Do you bother breaking your fast? Is it that important a meal? I had some breakfast biscuits. *shrugs*

As you were xo

i am a bit stiff from the shiny new machines in the gym at the spa
so just stretched my arms up and arched my back. I have my hair up today, and the clip promptly got stuck on the trim on my top.

I effectively glued my head to my shoulder and had to be rescued by my trainee.

NOT a good start.

Morning Jaysums
Friday is a bit shit so far, I can't log on remotely to our SAP system which is quite frustrating.
I'm shopping for some new work shoes - Loakes or Grensons. I have no idea what Hi tops are due to my elderly nature.
Alt: Breakfast is important, I like to have some form of dead animal parts, preferably grilled.
(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 10:41, Reply)
Hi tops are like converse, bt with a high top.
like canvas basketball shoes.

I only go near sweet smelling ones.

but yoghurt crunch belvitas, esp the honey ones, are delicious. although only an idiot would kid themselves that it's a decent breakfast. it's a fucking biscuit.

(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 11:02, Reply)

get a t-shirt that says "STRAIGHT ACTING"
Can't help with high-tops, soz.

I've bought some lovely new pickups for one of my guitars. been waiting ages for them and they've finally been despatched. Happy noisy times!

Alt: Yep, always have something for brekkers. Even if it's just a banana.

I'm contemplating one of those 'blend' systems for my Baritone acoustic
Piezo under the saddle and a microphone in the soundbox - bit pricey though.
(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 10:49, Reply)
nice

(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 10:49, Reply)

I keep thinking about getting a baritone. Saw a nice baritone SG recently. Mind you, that Squier Bass VI looks quite interesting. I'd need a bass amp though.
(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 10:50, Reply)
Thing is, it sounds pretty good with the standard pickup, BUT....
It's one of those where the saddle and pickup are in one piece and the saddle's a bit worn. I prefer to make my own anyway so I can get the intonation and action spot-on for me.
(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 10:53, Reply)
@Two Hats
Get one and then start mucking about with tunings, open tunings are really growly on a baritone electric.
(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 11:13, Reply)
Not too bad at all, Jay
Good kip, good coffee, relaxing work atmosphere and potential pints at lunchtime

I'm shopping for veg/fruit seeds and trees. Got some peas to plant yesterday so more gardening work this weekend for me + father-in-law

Alt:
I cannot do without food at breakfast time but I never want anything until about 9am. We have a toaster and panini thingy in work so we can rustle up most things, including sausage sarnies, etc.
(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 10:45, Reply)
I was thinking of getting some potted trees for my bit garden. Maybe with fruit on.

(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 11:02, Reply)
Give it a go

(, Fri 7 Mar 2014, 11:12, Reply)
I am always shopping for new music.
Alt: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Yes - QOTFW is going to be in a closed infinite loop of irony now - very well played. They can then simply release it out into cyberspace to drift aimlessly among the detritus of the internet for ever more - a lost soul seeking a new site for hosting it's regeneration.
