Depends how they're cooked really.
I'm sure yours are lovely and runny, what with you being such a top bloke and all.
I hope you choke on something else then.

I'm not going to start a new thread, but let's have a nice proper sub-thread.
What's going on dudes? I've only been at work an hour and a half and I'm already filthy and smelly, crawling around inside a great big boiler. Luckily no one turned it on.
What does the day look like it's going to bring you?

I've got the last of the steels going in my house this morning and the rest of the roof going on so fingers crossed for all that getting done. I'm hoping the massive steel prop that is currently 1" in front of my cooker will disappear today. Workwise, I've got yesterdays work to basically start and also todays to do.
HOWEVER, it appears to be a lovely day so ima wander round town at lunchtime

Got £700 of stone turning up soon for mine to go outside the bifolds. I'm hoping there will be enough left over to lay a new one down the bottom of the garden, where I'll be building the PIZZA OVEN

this is pretty much what I'm doing, except I'm a poor man, so it's all stuff a builder mate has reclaimed from a house he was working on.
I'm going to put a load down the bottom where the sun hits in the evening and build a little bbq/smoker thing.

we had to get French granite for the paving because apparently there's no granite in England despite large parts of England being made of granite. And then in France we had to get Chinese granite for a kitchen... presumably cos they've flogged all their crap to the idiot rosbifs.

Everything has fallen into place, my boss is even possibly buying it for me if I do X by Y - which I will.
- I can take it into work whenever I want, I got my own office so it doesn't effect anyone else, aslong as I look after it; which I will. In writing permission from my boss; built into my contract.
- At home I'm making a special place for it in the office, making the whole flat dog-friendly, ie, no cables laying about, pills in special places, all of that.
- Complete permision from the managing agents that it wouldn't effect the terms of my lease; in writting.
- Financally getting myself into place, that's not quite there yet; but not far.

I'm not 100% sure yet, I still need to research it more [I mean, i've googled Puppies* every day for the last 20 years, but the more info the better]
But currently the top runners are something that isn't a puppy, and for breeds (in no order), on my lists are
- Poodle Crosses; Cavapoo, pugapoo, etc.
- Pugs
- Yorkies & Scotties
- CKCs
- french bulldog
But i'm open to any Lap/Toy breed, aslong as it's docile.
* Ok, I haven't really, i'm a bit more adult than my persona; but i've looked up all sorts of stuff over the years

i agree, puppies are divine, but a lot of extra work. if you get one that's a young dog, already housetrained etc, that is easier.
i think the crossbreeds tend to be healthier. esp pugs - my friend has 2 and they are gorgeous, but she's always at the vet with them, poor things get all sorts. french bulldogs, not so docile. my brother's best mate has one, it's a holy terror!
( , Thu 16 Apr 2015, 11:42, Reply)
Deffo, that's completely what I think.
I'm not 100% sure on the french bulldogs, don't really know enough about them currently so they're not high on the list. I like something with a bit of fur/hair, that's nice to stroke when it's resting on my lap.
