Has anyone ever used Sage (the finance programme not the herb)?
Is it hard to use?
Erm and to all the people that haven't: If you could cover anyone in ice cream and then lick it all off who would it be and what flavour ice cream would you use?

The only training I had was from the previous women who handled the office work before my dad took the company over. Quite easy once you get the hang of it and I'm a thicko with accounts so you should be ok.

No it's not that hard to learn.
I would use Strawberry ice-cream, but I'm not saying who I'd lick it off of.

but you might like to look at KashFlow as an alternative.
Apparently it's much better, easier to use etc.

As for the ice cream: Ben & Jerry's Phish Food and the guy who does The Spoony Experiment.

Worth learning for sure.
I'd use lemon sorbet - clean and refreshing.

And I don't have a choice in the matter, it's a requirement for a job I've seen. Wondering how well I can blag it!
Hey Mal long time no see :)

Work ate my life for months and months when we were backlogged, and today I've got the day off to wait in for my new PC to arrive. I booked a morning delivery and am wondering if Dell are stupid enough to count 1pm as morning, or if I should cunt them in the fuck.
( , Wed 27 May 2009, 12:47, Reply)

Although they seem to actually not been off their faces on stupid the day they made my desktop.
( , Wed 27 May 2009, 12:49, Reply)

will probably arrive at 4:38 because Dell can't tell the time at all.
Tis rubbish work getting in the way, my work is quiet and slow and dull hence me living on here!

Damn good job I took the entire day off work and not just 4 hours' lieu... they've sent it to a local courier, whose site assures me it is "ON DELIVERY" as of 7.28 this morning, when I was awake. *fumes*

It's meant to be very easy to use, as long as you aren't a computer-spong.
Are you a computer-spong?

was Sysadmin at a charity that used Windows Small Business Server, and they also used Sage, and used Sage's middleware utility, ACT. It did not fair well when the OS was updated with a particularly important service pack and the server pretty much fell over.

when it comes to licking it off a real live woman.

If I want to be sensatial, it'll be something like mint and strawberry, as that'll be tingly and strawberrys are 'sexy fruit'.
If I want to go for flavour, it'll be Peanutbutter and banoffee ice cream (one day I shall make this)... however, I dread to think of what the sheets would look like afterwards.
She'll be Leanne Salt, that's a deffo.

My mum learnt how to do things in that before she could email, so it can't be that hard. Grab yourself a copy and give it a go, should be easy to blag.

Ben and Jerry's chunky monkey. Never met anyone else who likes this flavour, so no danger of some skank wanting to share.

As for the ice cream...
1. Haagen Dasz, strawberries and cream.
2. She knows who she is.
( , Wed 27 May 2009, 13:06, Reply)

I would love to be able to lick the ice-cream off myself.
( , Wed 27 May 2009, 13:11, Reply)

but last time I did the ice cream thing it was strawberry cheesecake flavour. Which was nice, but it had all these little lumps of cake in it, which did somewhat spoil the romantic atmosphere as I was chomping away at them.
Tasted bloody good though.
