this is true
I actually used soya milk, as this was all that was available at home (mrs is mildly dairy intolerant) and it worked cooked at a higher temp.

Before you scoff, soya milk actually cooks rather well in my experience, for things like batter.

Got back from the weekly uni poker tournament:
I had to leave for 45 minutes in the middle to collect my flatmate from the airport and still finished 7th out of thirty. I then went on to make £28.40 profit on the night due to winning all the other losers' money at the cash game.
