Teachers went on for ages
the guy from this life left and they got some other people.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:50, Reply)
I remember him leaving
That was awesome. The really fit but a bit wrong one got all uppity and everyone fell out for no reason. It was dark and awesome.

Firefly, Moonlight, Dead Like Me

(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:34, Reply)
I loved dead like me. I thought the second season was aces. They knew they were getting cancelled, so went all out to get as much violence and swearing in as possible.

(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:35, Reply)
I want to see the movie but I'm afraid it's going to be total shit, it doesn't even have the original Daisy

(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:39, Reply)
Don't bother. I watched it and it was very forgettable, although you do get closure.

(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:41, Reply)
ah that blows, the only bit I saw was where they met the new guy who gave them PDAs
then and there I knew...sad times
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:42, Reply)
shame
that was a pretty cool series
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:43, Reply)
That fly-on-the-wall thing about godawful band FMB
that was briefly astonishing in the early-90s.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:34, Reply)
Oh man, that was such a James thing to do

(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:40, Reply)
BBC America cancelled Eastenders
a couple years ago - the only way to see it now is to watch on Public Broadcast Service and it's currently about 4 years behind.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:54, Reply)
Benders more like

(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:55, Reply)
The USA have just gone up in my estimation
"Cancelled Eastenders", what a wonderful couple of words
(, Thu 28 Jan 2010, 10:15, Reply)
Gilmore Girls.
Ended with series 7 when it could have run on til they or I had died of old age.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 21:58, Reply)
I wholeheartedly agree
I missed all 4 showings today. Stupid meetings followed by going to the pub.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 22:02, Reply)
Farscape.
Forever unfinished.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 22:11, Reply)
That last mini series
was brilliant, had me in tears
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 22:12, Reply)
The final twenty seconds is seared onto my mind
and I feel a tinge of regret every time I think of it not ending properly. I absolutely realise how sad this is but don't give a shit.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 22:14, Reply)
the channel which shows
all the US shows that I watch (mostly cause they are in English), like Two and a Half Men, Smallville and others I don't remember, is cancelling them ALL at the end of February - to make way for shite films that no one watched in the cinema.

Bastards - was good viewing between 3 and 7 am.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 22:22, Reply)
Arrested Development
The best written comedy of the last 10 years and Fox canceled it, the fucking heathens...
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 23:25, Reply)
this too
they introduced it to one of the digital channels here recently - fucking great fun
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 23:27, Reply)
I'm going to be completely obvious here
and say the original run of Doctor Who. Towards the end it wasn't great, but was turning a corner and starting to get half decent viewing figures, considering it was up against Constipation Street.

If anyone had told me then it would end up being one of the most successful programmes on the box this decade, I would have shit in their hat and told them not to be so stupid.
(, Wed 27 Jan 2010, 23:51, Reply)
Oh god, where do I begin?
Firefly, of course.
Dollhouse, Third Watch, Terminator - The Sarah Connor Chronicles, American Gothic, Eastwick, Harper's Island... to name a few.

And probably the most annoyingly unfinished ending ever, the magnificent Carnivale.

I hate networks.
