I had a great time.
The only shocking revelation I have for you is that I found Chompy to be polite, charming and entertaining in the flesh.

Sorry to blow your rep, homes.

EDIT Good morning to you all.

I can't come to the BGB bash either
I thought it was 26th July, belm, but instead it shares the same day as my boyfriend's birthday party and he wouldn't appreciate it if I wasn't there, I promised I'd make the potato salad and everything.

I'm so sorry blousie, I was all set to come and everything, I've been haranguing Applebite into it as well

We could set up skype so I can be there in spirit.

I was really excited about this one as well. I've previously avoided the Manchester bashes because I was all scared and shit, but this time I was all excited and ready to partay with the infamous Blousie.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 9:48, Reply)
Ah well, I'll have fun regardless
It's going to be frickin' awesome!
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 9:49, Reply)
haha of course,
it would be conceited of me to think your happiness rested entirely on my presence.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 9:52, Reply)
To be fair
I didn't even know you'd planned on going. I am now completely crushed the same.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 9:53, Reply)
I'll just send a picture of me partying to BGB and she can put it as her screensaver.

I fell over on the underground in my platforms running for the last train. djtp fell over me and thighed me right in the snout. It was spectacular.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:03, Reply)
That sounds like an epic blunder
Mine was good ta, went out on Friday for a mate's birthday and ate so much food I was in actual real pain.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:06, Reply)
My nose got bloody and I had a girl-crying-on-the-tube moment
I did the too much food thing on Sunday.
I was ravenous on the train, so I ate lots of snacks (RETURN OF MILKA CREME BARS FTW) even though I knew I was getting off the train at my mum and dad's for a roast dinner. Grooo.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:09, Reply)
Awww Roota!
How is your nose now? Better I hope.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:11, Reply)
Bit sore,
but disappointingly unmarked.
I have a cracker bruise and burn on my elbow though :)
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:17, Reply)
I'm glad you're not horribly disfigured then.
But it's good to have at least one bruise, for sympathy purposes.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:23, Reply)
Yes
I made sure my family kept saying "How's your elbow?" yesterday. I'd hold it up and grimace. Then they'd say "Aaah, he battered her!"
Because domestic violence is hilarious.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:27, Reply)
I get loads of suspicious bruises from pole
so Wiggy gets nervous if I wear a skirt or short sleeved top because people think he's a wifebeater.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:31, Reply)
When I first got Tigger, and for the first few years, I looked like a right cutter
But now I've learnt how to evade most of the injuries or let him just get my ankles.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:34, Reply)
haha
my sister's ferret tried to climb up my arm to get out of the bath a few weeks ago and left some horrendous scratches on my arm. I'm allergic to him as well so they raised up and went really red, I looked so emo.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:40, Reply)
I read that in a Lancashire accent

(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:44, Reply)
I speak in a Southern one
but I am noticing an increased tendency to say use the word 'well' instead of 'very'.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 10:56, Reply)
i've been very manc the last couple of days.
i blame Applebite.
(, Mon 21 Jun 2010, 11:06, Reply)
Fuck, ouch!
Hope your schnoz is better now!
We were at a gorgeous buffet restaurant, and I was determined to get my money's worth. Really regretted it later, although I saved money as I just couldn't drink anything after that.
