I'd love to but

1. seeing as I aready requested the Clay login be deleted because as I showed with robs reply, the moderators on this site edit posters posts without them knowing.
EDIt: adding words and phrases into posts for example as I caught one doing with mine

2. Why is this serious? well it's serious because everything you post on the internet has an IP address. If someone posts something like inciting a riot on facebook or saying they should bomb an airport it leads to convictions .

so in theory a mod on this site could edit your post to say something inflamatory and it would have your IP address on it. And there's fuck all you can do about it. after all who is going to believe you...unless you post rob's reply. Im not saying a mod here would do that...but they crossed a line to show anything is possible

if I had not posted robs mail reply noone would have believed it , that's the sad fact

there's a trust when you have when you sign up to forum that you give to the mods with your email passwords etc that they don't abuse trust like that.

be aware of that when you link your login name to your real name elseewhere on the net etc (this comedy account I'm using now has no links to anything)

4. I needed to get work done anyway and this site was taking up too much time so it seemed a good excuse as any to bin the account - and as I said to rob I noticed my paintings on google where linking back to the Clay login which had some pretty risky stuff on QOTW which would probably come back to haunt me

5. apologies for accusing Happytoast of tinkering with my posts ..but I think I had a right to feel paranoid given it was actually happening by the mods

yep they can edit posts and they put 'mod edit' next to the edit.

when they go into a post and change the words and adding stuff wiothout your knowledge or without leaving a reference to say they did it , it basically get you to say anything under your profile name and they did it without informing anyone. Which is what they did to one of my posts

Theoretically a mod could edit posts to say something inflammatory, however this would show up in the server logs - proof of the origin of the tinkering.

I very much doubt that mods here have access to our passwords, that is considered a security risk as many people use the same password for many purposes. I'm admin on a music sharing site, none of us (not even sysop) can access passwords (salted passwords.)

Get some work done and come back to join the fun.

Toastie was genuinely trying to help you out with the 400 pixels business, you seem to have taken it very hard. I salute your use of 404 pixels, it made me chuckle many many times in the last 24 hours or so. But put it in perspective - you're getting worked up about very little.
