# The Duke is indisposed

Today, I'm having Aberdeen Angus pie with peas chips and lashings of gravy washed down with a pint of Guinness and blackcurrant and refreshing Glenmorangie! What are you having for lunch?
(, Wed 31 May 2006, 12:42, archived)
# Noon sir!

Today I went through three cheese & onion finger rolls,
a packet of spicy-tomato wheat crunchies, a can of pepsi max,
a Jaffa Caek bar, and a feeling of bewilderment as I'm doing
Work-Experience at a college which is currently deserted due to
half-term.

Vladimir had ice-cubes.

Todays Beer of Choice is Wychwoods' Osprey Ale - brewed exclusively for Sainsburys or do it says on the bottle.
It's a fairly hefty 6.5% so I'll probably only have a couple of those.

Soaking it all up is a nice 70's Retro
Coq au Vin
served on a bed of Sticky Jasmine Rice
and accompanied by yet more English Asparagus

I'll probably have a yoghurt to finish off.
Rachels Organic wholemilk with Apple and Butterscotch

Then I'll take Cassie and Wobbly Bob for a walk to the pub.
