you register a new account on www.cafepress.com and then upload the image for your shirts (at a nice high resolution).
You then choose what you want to see and at how high a premium above base cost.
Cafepress then do the rest, and even (occasionally) begrudgingly send you a cheque. Or (in my case) shut down your shop for copyright violation :)

under US copyright law if you can show "an intention of satire", you can use trademarked / copyrighted images...
