penguins bathing in the coke and a polar bear lying on a ice cube. There also needs to be a marmot eating its way through the apple.

i was thinking of chucking a banana in there as well.. the ice cubes should be doddle.. oh and it took 40 mins to render on my 1.4 athalon... :( need faster pc.. or less refracting objects

www.splutterfish.com/sf/

To be honest I doupt I'd use a radiosity thang anyhow. you can do a lot lot more with atmosphere when its down to your own tweaking rather than a software algorithm. Plus if you can light well you can get paid well :)
( ,
Tue 7 May 2002, 12:59,

about getting paid well... well i better get some more practice in then...
( ,
Tue 7 May 2002, 13:06,

and if you really want to get into that then you do need to know the software as well as how to program your own renderer. Well at least if you want to get into an effects house like ILM or Pixar, but that's just for obsessives. heh.
