After doing that mental drive in the Warthog, hill all the Covenant coming off the platform at the end with grenades.
Get on the platform yourself to do the last run to the spaceship and watch in horror as the platform rises through you body and leaves you behind.

I love game glitches. My Skyrim save now has two and a half nonces spawning outside of one of the city gates. They all talk in unison when approached. It's a bit creepy.
