I am going to have what is locally referred to as a dog shit sandwich.
That is, pork, dipped in something (I'm not quite sure what, exactly, but it's thick and brown and not gravy) with stuffing. It looks like dog shit, but tastes excellent.

Lunch of kings. Nearly as good as a savoury dip (bread bun dipped in hot fat and filled with mashed up left over meat with stuffing and pease pudding).

Proper East End pie & mash is fucking revolting too. There's a gorgeous looking place just up from my house, I went when I moved to the area. Never again: the pies are fucking repulsive.
