I have bought some beer in an effort to get myself to sleep tonight. I figure that if it works a mild hangover is infinitely preferrable to how shit I felt this morning.
What are you up to?

But I can't remember spilling my vitriol like that.

But a few of us had realised that WBM (as she was then) had "issues", shall we say, and were being a bit protective.
If I'd known how delusional those issues were I wouldn't have bothered.

similarly there are loads of fish/seafood things that i also ignore. so my poor bullied friend will end up having some or all of the following:
houmous/creamy whipped tzakziki, spicy chunky feta cheese dip
hot grilled haloumi with lemon juice
hot soft fresh pitta brushed with oil and herbs
salty crunchy golden fries smothered in crumbly feta and oregano
tangy lentil salad
thin crispy slices of courgette sprinkled with a tiny bit of toasted grated cheese
rich cheesey vegetable moussaka stuffed with mushrooms, courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes etc
sweet red peppers stuffed with spinach, cheese and baked in white wine
it's called "as greek as it gets", and every person who comes to london should made to eat there!!!

The stuff I am being fed while away from home is steadily getting weirder. I suspect that we are gradually working our way through a couple of entire animals. Mostly a lamb.

One two occasions I have pigged something (once a tube of pringles, once a tub of ben & jerrys) then thrown up five minutes later - not on purpose, I must add.
On both occasions the items tasted exactly the same coming up as they did going down.
You really didn't need to know that, but I have no boundaries and need to share.

as long as you get all the nutrients your body needs to function, any shortfall in calories will be met by your fat stores.
This is a good thing.
What people forget is that it is far more dangerous to your health to be overweight than it is to reduce your calorie intake.
