I'm off down the cockfosters later on, they got a real-butchers and a posh fishmongers.

I might score myself some monkfish 'cus I ain't treated myself in a while, put it in one of those paper bag things with some pak-choy, oriental-condiments, chili, spring-onion and then serve it up with some boiled baby potatos.

Or I'm thinking I haven't had calv's liver in a little while.

Last really nice thing I did that wasn't just 'curry' or 'chilli' was a morroccan leg of lamb with apricots and harissa which was NYOM. NYOM I SAY

Had an excellent bit of lamb last week
Not going to do much cooking this week, bit skint leading up to month end. Think I'm going to try to head to the wholesalers just after payday, fill the freezer with shitloads of meat. Cheaper than buying individually, and massively improves my diet (although I have lost weight recently)

Depends on your viewpoint really.
Nearly everything I cook would be considered posh nosh by some ready meal scoffing lazy arse, whereas the likes of Battered and Nakers will most likely turn their noses up at all the suggestions of posh nosh in this thread.
