There is a southside redevelopment that is pushing the city center along the river trentit will look to push certain property values up massively this however is on hold since 2008, some of the properties are an absolute bargain.

The ride is poorif you go for an automatic the gears changes are terrible.
the handling is very bad for a sporty car.
If you want a hairdresser car like that the SLK is a better car with a stronger engine, or you can get a boxer for a similar outlay

Run flats are easily replaced and the source of the poor ride,only a cunt or a beginner goes for an auto, handling is something that every professional reviewer disagrees with you on but I am reserving judgement until I test drive one.
SLKs and Boxsters are both very nice cars, but the Boxsters are more expensive to buy, if you look
