Well I took a bite out of each type when I went picking to make sure they tasted okSo I'm not overly concerned about putting them all in together, but if you are worried make several little batches and blend the nice ones and chuck the shit ones. Its pretty much free as you don't need yeast or sugar. Just let the juice do its natural thing.
