nothing too bad here, as it is in the city and everyone is civilisedbut fuck me, in uxbridge... the guy who had his house repossessed over a £5k credit card debt, and was sleeping rough in uxbridge station until he got the money... meetings with him were so stinky that the girls on reception complained for days after he came in... and his equally mental sister used to come in to complain that the credit card company had disposed of her dad's garden gnomes...
the landlord whose tenant was claiming he'd been unlawfully evicted. seemed like a perfectly nice chap until the other side produced a video taken on a mobile phone. which quite clearly showed 5 young Asian men throwing furniture and other stuff including the tenant out onto the street. the landlord was a young Asian man. and was clearly visible on the video. he denied it was him, even though it was clearly him. he then made a massive fuss about us thinking all Asians look the same. no. we think YOU look the same. as the video of YOU. his mother also told me that they wanted to instruct me because i'm white and "brown lawyers are no good, they cheat." what do you say to that?
