I have been up for a while, mowed the front lawn, taken the mud monsters out for a long walk...I shall be mostly returning to bed now as I have the joys of a nightshift tonight :o(

Shortly I shall add black pudding. A little after that bacon. Then I shall make the final decision between a plated breakfast and a bacon, sausage and black pudding sandwich.

I am currently cooking
Chops, sweet potato, butternut squash, leek and carrots. Nom!

And I have bought an external HD from my housemate and he's bunged about 80 films on there so I shall be deciding what to watch. The new Firday 13th seems to the winner at the moment.

I got up
at 6.30, filled a flask with tea, packed a bag full of flapjack (which I made especially late last night) and crisps, and went to my brother's where he was waiting for me with the car full of stuff we had packed yesterday in our ambitious plan to attend a Car Boot Sale today.

We got to the first site at 7.30... fortunately we decided to wait before erecting the gazebo to see if anyone else turned up... they didn't. We continued to be the only car there.

We drove for an hour to the other sites we had the foresight to note beforehand... to find one sign which read "Car Boot Sale - Full" on the gate to a completely empty field, and another which read "Cancelled due to weather".

We came home. I unpacked my car and put all the stuff back in my house. I am now in bed watching Futurama and drinking lukewarm tea from my flask.

I ought to be doing some coursework, but I really just cba. Instead I shall be prepariny myself all day for a party tonight.

Stewing in hatred for the ex,
and trying to decide whether to buy some beer for this evening. It's a week night so I shouldn't, but it's bank holiday so I could possibly justify it that way.
