Honestly, you're his friend and you're not going to accept what I say, but I wouldn't be making a fuss about this if it wasn't so seriously fucked up. He was totally out of order and I had to try to stop him, because he wouldn't otherwise. He just kept on.

No, I'm not going to post anything he sent here. I did threaten him with that to stop him, but it didn't make any difference, and it would really embarrass Kk. If you look back you'll see that I have not aired any of this publicly previously. The only reason I've done so now is because of the half-truths and lies he posted yesterday. I felt that I had to at least say something.

You've told KK to stay away and she has. Just drop it. Before this turns into something nasty.
Well "nastier", rather. You're accusing an 18 year old of paedophilia for having an innocent conversation with someone thousands of miles away. If you don't want her talking to people oldre than her, keep her off b3ta. End of.

and this is just blowing it all out of proportion. As far as I can see, Mofaha has dealt with KillerKitti and that should really be the end of it. I can't say I advocate bringing your children onto websites like this in the first place, but if you do then you've got to accept that relationships with other members are going to be formed, b3ta is a very friendly sociable sort of place. and I don't for one minute believe any of these messages were explicit or inappropriate for one minute, but if they were then all Mofaha should do is just keep KK away and put an end to this, before it gets even nastier

And I don't mind who she talks to as long as they behave appropriately towards her.
I know he's popular, which is why he's getting defended and I'm getting attacked by people who know nothing about what really happened or what was said. I don't really care about that, but I am very upset about the stuff he posted publicly yesterday, which is why I've responded here.
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 16:02, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
but this kind of thing will happen online, especially on a website that gets as childish as this. And yes, Hexachordal posting what he did yesterday was very silly (probably an indication of his maturity, no?), but he was reacting to some pretty hefty accusations.
Seriously, just drop it all now. If he's persistent then you have good reason to go getting the law involved but all you're doing now is making a bad situation much much worse. Things like this could even result in b3ta getting closed down.
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 16:08, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
what I'm saying is, I would definitely have dropped it had he not been persistent. But he has been.
If you really feel b3ta is threatened by this who do you think you should be putting pressure on? The adult pursuing a minor, or the person trying to stop him?
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 16:12, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
so I'm not going to pass further comment. But when he was posting on here earlier he seemed suitably scared so for now, for the good of the boards, just cut all communication between them and drop it. If there IS any further harassing from him, then yes, maybe doing something would be right. But it certainly doesn't sound like KK is innocent in all this and I hope you've had words with her too.
Now can we go back to kittens please?

Go on, admit it. And do you not think somebody would question your parenting when they found out what website your stepdaughter was on?
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 15:53, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
Hex is a fantastic guy, I know and love him to pieces.
I belive that you should allow them to continue their online relationship, stop spying on your step-daughter's private messages, and appologize.
Apon the relationship becoming offline, and I hope if that is what your daughter and Hex wants, then that happens... deal with it then. I doubt that, that would happen while she is still under age (at lest, by UK laws).
As much as I love hex, he is not an adult.
And I very very very much doubt that he is after her knickers, so to speek. He is not like that in the slightest, and i'm saying that as someone who knows him very well. I can understand how you would think that, but I'm afraid you are misinformed on that point.
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 15:53, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
But in the eyes of the law Hex is an adult.

Actualy, going a bit off-topic, prehaps they should introduce 'teenager' inbetween adult/minor.
Morely though, what i'm trying to get at, a just-about-to-turn-16 year old and a just-turned-18 year old, isn't a problem.
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 16:01, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
But regardless of what you say, Hex IS an adult, but that's not the question.
( , Sat 31 May 2008, 15:58, archived)
![This is a normal post](/images/board_posticon.gif)
but seriously, a 2-3 year age gap? That's fuck all, especially when you consider that generally girls mature quicker than boys
I can't believe you're actually trying to ruin a kids life over this, are you basically saying that he will now never be able to enter the US?
And what about your daughter/stepdaughter? Has she gotten away scott-free? After all, she knew fine well what she was doing
There's the black and white letter of the law and then there's common sense, fair enough you can give them both shit for carrying on the way they have, but actually going to a lawyer is way too far in my opinion.
