Im looking for some quick feedback for a new thing im working on, and where better than the quickest-est forum in the west?
Its a caricature of Gaylen Ross from Dawn of the dead. Gonna be full of 70s glamour goodness. Still needs a lot more work, but im just wondering which of the poses y'alls prefer?
the hands on C and D should be relaxed, but im too lazy.

because its the easiest and least effort.
Plus, natural lookin cartoon hands are hard. Especially when you see them as close as these.
Also, you get a nice bit of rim lighting on her boob - good for the sihlouette and a quick read of the shape.

shes just standing there looking nice.
Guess i should go for B. I thought it was the laziest, most unintresting one, but really, most people stand with their arms down!
I was going to do a pic of her with that strange wide-eyed, worried kind of look she has throughout most of the film, but i wanted to do a very 1970s esque soft-focus glamour type image.

but with 3 pubes per ball, and shaded 100% magenta, with no shadows.

Unless it's at the point where she's tarted up and having dinner with the dude in the mall.
I like A, personally. Lovely work you do!

and she has very red lips for the majority of the film. Of course, she's got mega slappery makeup on that bit with the mirror. Ill avoid that level of slap!

Sorry, quick TJ: while everyone's in Dawn mode, something that has been bugging me for many a year: the scene in the supermarket, where Stephen and Peter both pick up an item of food (sausages I think from memory) and compare them. Stephen says "What do you think?", Peter replies and then they both laugh. Anyone have an idea what he says? I have trawled the internets looking for the answer but re-emerged unfulfilled.

the face has enough features to make it the central focus. Anything like the arm/hand addition just takes away from that focus point

Ill have a think, and try and choose between A (more intresting, could have some nice creases on her sleeve) or B (more compositionally 'neat', quicker)
Cheers beers y'alls

this isn't really helping, is it?
