is that the board only holds 15 threads, and every new thread pushes something (possibly a picture, maybe another threadwaste) off the bottom.

I just don't think people should be yelled at for them. Pep has often stated that threadwastes don't exist, and the FAQ says nothing about them. Poor newbies are just trying to fit in half the time.
