# It's alright if you
just want news headlines or follow a blog or something. You can add them to a personalised Google homepage and have millions of them scrolling away and pretend you've got your finger on the pulse of the beating heart of the internet, like me.

for providing news stories in a cool form.

Get FireFox and the InfoRSS extension. I use it to keep up to date with the news from the BBC. Alternatively, google is your friend!

Hello,

This is GENERAL MARCEL AMOUSSOU FERNAND, a senior military officer here in my country, Benin Republique. I joined the Benin army in 1975. During my career, I successfully attended a number of training courses in renowned military academies in France and China. I graduated from the École Supérieure de Guerre de Paris. I'm 53 years old and happily married with four children.

I did served as the deputy force commander of the United Nations Operation in Cote D'ivoire, (UNOCI) since 22 August 2005 and as Acting Force Commander since April 2006. Before joining United Nations, I was the chirf of Defence Staff of Benin from 200-2005 and the Chief of Staff of the Army from 1997-2000. I have also served as Director of Planning and Military Cooperation in the Ministry of Defence of Benin and has been involved on several occasions in regional initiatives aimed at anhacing the peacekeeping capacities of the Economic community of West African States "ECOWAS". I was also in charge of all contract xecution under my ministry in 2002, which was executed then. I will be due for retirement at the end of next year.

This fund which I want to move out for investment in your country is an over invoice of a contract executed under the Ecomog Field Operation for the supply of operational trucks, operational vehicles, foods, cloths, ammunitions etc. I was in charge of the award of the contract and I intentionally over invoiced the bill. The original contractors has fully been paid their charges and this residue is not to be paid to them without the knowledge of the ministry.

Since I am in the position to approve for the payment, there will be no problem with the approval of the payment. I will also use your passport to obtain a fund declaration from the high court here in Cotonou - Benin Republique, using your name as the rightful beneficairy. also I will obtain from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a certificate to clarify that you actually executed the contract here in my country. I will obtain in your name, a certificate from the drug law enforcement agency to indicate that the fund is not a drug money and clarify that the fund is not for the sponsorship of terrorist based on the 9/11
attack on the world trade centre. I will bear the cost of all these certificates.

Thanks,

GENERAL AMOUSSOU FERNAND
