3D software (3DS MAX in this case)
A lot of HappyToast's stuff consists of 2D photographs mapped onto flat polygons and animated using simple bone (another 3D thing) setups (none used in this one though).
The key can be made & animated in a few minutes, and the background is a doddle.

Now buy the others (if you don't have them), and the DVDs (the Paradise show is better than the Roundhouse one cause it doesn't have fucking shitty sideshows getting in the way).
