I have a snake so tame, she got out of her cage and spent two days in my pillowcase before I found her again!
She was snuggled up in there.

The first one got knocked off the top of my computer (which is on the floor, not a great fall).
The second had a line of dead pixels which drove me mad, so I sent that one back.
The third was actually the second with a new screen and all my music deleted, so THE FUCKING SOFTWARE DIDN'T LET ME FUCKING REPLACE IT!
I gave up in the end, got an extra £25 and got a Creative Zen Vision: M 30Gb for £145 and it's never failed me once.
They've actually come down to £99.99 for christmas (having leapt back up to £216 odd once I'd bought mine :)

Who writes a program that corrupts files when you do a system restore, and the restore has nothing to do with that particular program?!?!?!

The first one was shit and brown.
The new ones are apparently better than iPods, but I haven't seen either recently so I can't judge.

I have one, and it sounds really good and it's not giving me any problems.

I hate how un user-friendly they are.
And they're way too popular for my liking.
I mean, it's not a problem if you only use one computer.
But you can't synchronise it with another one without deleting all your files without going into the hidden files of the actual player, which is just silly.
I use two computers, mine and my dad's, and Creative does windows media player, and it's drag and drop, so I can use it on any computer, really.
