Talk about living the stereotype! I've got three American guests that appear to have come to England to watch television.
One is sitting by the breakfast buffet and has cowwed his way through a quarter of the croissants I have bought for the entire hostel!!!
EDIT: They only seem to want to watch American program(mes) so they can comment on how old they are.

I just had to ask one to use a seat rather than lying right across the floor
blocking all people from coming on and out of the room.
In his defence he did manage to shift his weight so he was just blocking half the entrance one the other half on the chair.

I'm very tempted to buy one of the small webcams and train it on the room:P

They have'nt left the TV room yet. I've been trying to suggest things to do but TV seems more important.
They've probably done the same thing in each country they've visited
and they'll go home and claim to be well travelled:P

The duty manager will not response and help to prepare hot water for you to make tea include breakfast time, you always fill up the kettle
yourself. Enjoy the breakfast in the reception office but there is not enough space for guests
to have their breakfast. The kitchen is very small and allowed 2-3 guests only @ the same
time. The fridge is not cool enough to keep food fresh, so that food always get bad not
more than 2 days.
EDIT: Both fridges are checked daily to ensure they're at the regulation 3c.
