I want to know if it is possible to do a transformation on a layer (eg. rotate it) and only have it apply to the layer in one frame. At the moment I am doing stuff like this with lots of layers, with the same thing rotated a bit in each, which seems a bit daft.

all you can do with imageready is move layers, and turn them on/off

if you want to do anything fancier, export each layer on its own as a png then load them into flash and animate. (you can save as animated gifs with flash)

actually i had done a whole flash cartoon along these lines... i had just gotten my digital camera at the time, and i didn't really know how to reduce the res on the pictures... and i wasn't as familiar with photoshop, so i didn't know i could reduce quality there... so the file is 2.7MB.. too big for web... if anyone wants me to send it, let me know.. i would rather send through MSN.. i'll be on, my nic is [email protected]
