Poor old Kroney, dumped for being a poo-freezing 'trekkie'.
Ever been dumped/dumped anyone in a notable or amusing way? My pal Yeti was dumped last week for being too fat. Initially I thought this was spectacularly unpleasant until it dawned on me that this was nicer than telling him it was because his massively-inflated anecdotes are hugely tedious, especially by the third or fourth telling.

What's that gonz? You've got another self obsessed and indulgent thread tonight? ANOTHER ONE? Wow Gonz, it's really all youyouyouyouyou isn't it.
My lovely purple microwave that I took out the box today is broken, so I'll have to take it back, probably on saturday. I put a microwave curry (tikka masala) in with some microwave rice (pillar) in one of my new oven dishes and baked it, with a couple of onion bargies and some chippatis in at the end, with a side of some mango chutney. I've finally found a wine I like, that I'm having with it, it's from ikea.

Today I got some really awesome stuff, I got few new shirts, trousers, jumper and socks, they're the biggest clothes I've ever bought and are tempary 'till I lose a few stone. I also picked up an ironing board but when I got home Ma' said my one is better and all it needs is a new sheet, but the new one is better than her one, so she's taken it. I also got a really nice purple bowel to put fruit in, a shower stopper-of-slipping-up thing, some really cool new chopping boards, a cutlery organiser, and...ermm.... I can't remember off-hand. I got some foody bits, got a fully stocked food kitchen now.

Tomorow I'm having a day off from all this, so I think I'll take myself down the picture house (is there anything good on?) and on the way back nip into Nandos. Ma' said my Mayer pots'n'pans arrived at hers, I can't wait to get in on them, they're oven and dishwasher safe.

Bloggity blog blog, tell me about YOU, whatever you want to say.

Fuck you.
I have a twitter. I may make every tweet about how much I love Chuck Hughes. I mean, this is for real. Bordering on Blousie/Jeff status.

I think my next tweet will be about how I want to touch his plump booty.

Wednesday night youtube disco!
(almost nicked from radio 6)

Pick a letter and a number and the next person has to post the tune in their music library which corresponds:

ie P 16 (16th song under P)

then set another letter/number combination.

So, who's first? P16

I just gone done some shopping at the morrisons.
Oh god its feels so good to be out of the tiranny of ASDA. I got a pestol and morter, and 2 cemeric dishes so I can make little pies, and some plastic boxes to put the cerial and pasta in, and loads of ingredients to make good food related products. OH, and I got some tin foil things I can shove in the oven.

I also had some fish'n'chips in morrisons that was very nice, the cafe their is actually well good.

I got some herbs and spice and options chocolate drink thing.

I almost bought a washingmachine because it has an LED pannel so I can see exactly what the fuck it's doing, but I remembered I can't plumb it in and I donno when/if my handy man can do it.

My stomach feels like someone has punched my guts in and is now pressing hard on the bruise.

I dumped in the Mind shop two big chests of draws, two big bags of clothes and a huge microwave. My new microwave is purple, not as powerful, doesn't have a CHAOS DEFROST button, but it doesn't take up 25% of my worktop space.

memememmememmemmememememmeme, tell me about YOU.

Good morning
This is the time of year I start watching all the films I didn't get around to watching in 2011. Last night I watched Drive and loved it, I might try out The Tree Of Life tonight if I feel I'm in the right mood for it.

Have you got anything you need to catch up on from 2011 or is it full steam ahead for 2012?

Alt: What's shaping up to be the best music festival this year? I've never been to one and I hope to get around to it this year.

Christ, alright then. Here's a shit thread for you.
Over Christmas, as I was feeling very fucking lazy, I ended up watching quite a few new films, several of which were excellent. These included Megamind, Alice In Wonderland, and The Kings Speech. Also, I've been watching some TV, and ended up seeing the first series of Suits, as well as the new episode of Sherlock (which was very, very good)

If you are also lazy, what good films/TV programs have you seen lately?

Alt: I don't fucking know, what did you do for New Years Eve?

Alt Alt: www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-16347953 - EDIT: Sorry, ignore previous comments, was being a spaz. What do you think about this conviction?
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 15:15, 17 replies, latest was 14 years ago)
I have a song in my head that I can't work out but I remember two lines
"Of all the men at news at 10 I get the biggest spots,
They say I have the perfect face for playing join the dots"

Google is no help, does anyone else remember it or did I just make it up in my head?

Alt. I was an hour late for work because the wind has blown down two trees on my route. However this was more than made up for by the glimpse of stockings, suspenders and a thong I got when the wind blew up a fine looking ladies skirt. How has the wind affected you today?

*edit* oops sorry, I'd delete it but then I'd be a thread deleting cunt again

Can't leave the house. Purple wheelie bins everywhere. They might get me. Rain on inside of windows too.
What is impeding your return to work?

I'm still bored.
Someone entertain me. Please.
(, Mon 2 Jan 2012, 20:50, 153 replies, latest was 14 years ago)
OK, that seems dead so...
New year's resolutions. Did you keep the ones from last year, what are yours this year, and what excuse will you use when you inevitably experience the crushing guilt of failing (after one week) to keep to them?

Mine could be summed up as "Everything I did from June onwards was pretty good, even if it didn't always work. Use 2012 to do it all again, but better". There are some specific ones, but they're mostly dull.
